The back piece is CNC machined out of solid aircraft grade aluminum. From there it is hand polished and then black chrome plated for a beautiful finish and excellent durability. Your badge itself is then inset into the CNC aluminum piece, and protective resin dome (NiceGuard) is added to it. These badges are beautiful, lightweight, and extremely classy.
