What is Sandcarving?
Sandcarving is a method of deep etching/carving using sand under high pressure. Sandcarving is a great way to personalize corporate awards, gift items, signs, rocks, bricks, stepping stones, and much more.
The Process
We use a computer controlled laser engraving machine to cut out a stencil, then the stencil is applied to the substrate. After the stencil has been applied we etch or carve out the design using a sandblasting machine. After the sandblasting is completed color can be added to enhance the look of the carving.
