ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, have internet access, and possess a valid Instagram account at the time of entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00am PST on April 1st, 2024, and ends at 11:59pm PST on April 30th, 2024. All purchases (submissions) must be received by the Sponsor by 11:59pm PST on April 30th, 2024. The entry period for The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00am PST on April 1st, 2024, and ends at 11:59pm PST on May 14th, 2024. All entries for the sweepstakes must be received by 11:59pm PST on May 14th, 2024. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion, with any changes communicated clearly to participants.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Sweepstakes through the Sponsor Instagram Page. You can “like” the Sponsor Instagram page, tag the sponsor in a post or reel, and use the Sponsor’s hashtag (#nicebadge). Instagram stories that expire after 24 hours are not eligible for entrance. After “liking” the Sponsor Instagram page, tagging the Sponsor in an Instagram post or reel, and using the Sponsor’s hashtag (#nicebadge), the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may enter only once.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random. Winners will be announced on the last day of each month. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the Instagram account supplied on the original post or Sponsor Instagram page. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring their Instagram account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within seven (7) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
